The 2021 season of History is Served celebrates four iconic foods of Arkansas: strawberries, tomatoes, corn, and apples. Each dinner highlights one of these Arkansas ingredients as our featured chef creates a unique menu inspired by it.
Our second dinner focuses on an Arkansas favorite, the tomato. Chef Scott Rains of Table 28 will use creativity and years of experience in developing dynamic, modern cuisine to put together a menu that pays homage to this star summer fruit.
