Tinsmithing with Robert Stone

In this workshop, you will learn about the process of tinsmithing and how to make a Civil War-era tin cup, as well as some candle holders if time allows.

Living Craft demonstrator and workshop leader Robert Stone says "Plan to have fun in this class!". He’s been teaching since 2006, doing craft shows since the 1980s and grew up around the metal trades with a father who was a sheet metal worker. 

This class is for beginners ages 16 and up and there are no other prerequisites. All materials included.

We'll be providing pizza from Iriana's for lunch, so let us know on the registration form if you prefer cheese or pepperoni. We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions and you are encouraged to bring your own meal if this does not meet your requirements.
